Permanent Jewelry Care & Repair Policy

We stand behind the quality of our welds! If your permanent jewelry comes undone at the welded connection within 30 days of your appointment, please reach out and we’ll be happy to help.

Breaks that occur anywhere other than the welded connection are considered normal wear, accidental damage, or snagging and are not covered under a weld warranty. Repairs or replacement may be available depending on the condition of the chain.

Please note: Chains are delicate and can break if caught, pulled, stretched, or exposed to excessive force. We recommend treating your jewelry with care.

If you are traveling or live out of the area, we are happy to provide chain details to another permanent jewelry artist if a repair is needed.
